The B.G.K. Break-In is royal treatment for your next gamer. I always start by massaging the glove with my hands to both learn the glove and loosen it. I dip all leather gloves in room temperature water (contrary to popular belief, this isn't bad for the leather) and then begin the mallet work. Once the glove is dry I do a final round of mallet work and apply leather conditioner as we prepare it for a smooth ride home. I take immense pride in the break in process and shaping of your glove and I encourage you to share the results. I aim to prepare you for practice with your glove so that you can finish the final step to a royal break in. Mold the leather to your hand and your specific needs then get out there and play ball!

Awsome break in for my fastpitch catchers mitt. Feels great I took a couple bullpens and it was GAME READY! Thank you BGK!!!!

First off I want to say my son and myself we love to watch you content

First off I want to say my son and myself we love to watch you content. We watch every time a new video comes out. I sent in my son’s new catchers mitt. He was so excited. We loved the box it came back in. But that’s unfortunately it. The glove was still unusable for him still no where near game ready. I am doing it myself to fumble through the process he can almost squeeze it now. Not worth the price I paid, I wanted it to be worth it so bad for him. Thanks anyway we’ll just do them ourselves. It was just a lot of money for it to feel like nothing was done to it. We still love your content though.

The best break-in

The best break-in i am very particular with my break-ins especially with my catchers mitt and through it up to them and fell in love with it and the infield glove is great as well

Great service, Speedy Turnaround

Great service. Much better than I expected. I sent in an ultra stiff brand new ssk 1st base mitt. Ordered a break in with a single hinge per my son's request. It took about 3 weeks from the time I sent the glove out until it was shipped back to me. I thought that was a very good turnaround and am extremely happy. The glove was formed perfectly and all that is left is to play catch with it to finish break in process. My son is going into his very important junior season of highschool and is very confident that his new mitt will be ready to go for his first game in late March. I can't recommend these guys enough. Great job and keep up the good work.
