After placing your order, you will receive an email outlining the next steps, including the PO Box address for your shipment.
What's the best way to ship?
USPS ONLY. Other shipping services refuse to ship to a PO BOX address.
Can I ship directly from a glove company to our PO BOX? (Amazon, Just Gloves, Wilson, Rawlings)
Typically, many retailers restrict shipping to PO boxes. However, if the website accepts the address in the shipping details, we should receive the package. If you take this route please make sure to place your order number alongside your name in the shipping info. EX. JOHN DOE #1111
should I send anything with the glove?
We do not require any additional items to complete the glove service. Ex. Ball, glove bag/box, wraps.
Do we have your glove yet?
We’ll send you an email the moment your glove is officially checked in! Our team usually swings by the PO Box early in the week to grab new arrivals. Since we do one bulk pickup weekly, there might be a slight gap between your glove’s arrival and our check-in. If your tracking says it arrived a while ago and you haven’t received an update after two weeks, please reach out! Also check your spam email for confirmation messages as they do show up there occasionally.

How much work do we put into each glove? How broken in will the glove be?
We make sure your glove is practice ready when you get it back! The amount of work we do depends on the glove you send, your age, and any extra details you share with us. Our goal is for your glove to be easy to open and close right away. After that, all you need to do is play catch and let the glove finish shaping to your hand.
How should I shape my glove?
When selecting your break-in style, you can choose from options like a flared thumb, rolled fingers, or a two hinge. If you're curious about how these affect performance, just click the info icon on the images! Since glove shape usually comes down to feel and player preference, don't sweat the choice if you're unsure. Just select 'BGK WAY'—we’ll evaluate your specific glove and player specs to shape it the way it naturally wants to go. Most player preference shaping like flares and rolls can be adjusted if you're unsatisfied once you receive the glove.
Do we do glove modifications?(punch new holes,glove die)
We do not do any modifications.
What’s the current turnaround time?
Once we receive your glove at our PO Box, our standard turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.
